BiodiverseLife.com is the Parker family contribution to assist in a small way to help preserve the wonderful variety of life on earth. It is intended as a resource for researchers of all abilities. The site is funded out-of pocket by the Parker family with our 10% tithing commitment. We do receive very small amounts of commission if people are kind enough to buy books via the site from our on-line partners. We appreciate your support in this respect and plan to buy a whole ream of recycled paper with the proceeds this financial year!

This site comes under the umbrella of Sane Earth our registered business name.

About the Site Publisher- Kevin Parker

BiodiverseLife.com is published by Kevin Parker (above 'as handsome a piece of biodiverse life as one could hope for' - comment and photo credit Maddi' Parker). Kevin designs, programs and provides the journalistic input for the site, outside of acknowledged sources or publicity materials.

He has been heavily involved for over 30 years in the peace and environment movement and research.. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Politics and Sociology) and an Advanced Management Certificate. He also holds Certificates in Conflict Resolution and in Biodynamics.

He has served as National Campaign Director of Australia's Wilderness Society, a Coordinator for People for Nuclear Disarmament and as a university researcher with the Technology and Environmental Strategies Group at The University of Wollongong where he was later appointed as an Honorary Fellow. He still cannot pronounce nuclear properly.

In a natural aging process he later served as as a consultant on environmental, peace and social justice issues for various clients.

He has also enjoyed success as a private sector business owner and won a Pharmacy of the Year Award in partnership with his Pharamcist wife Maddi'.

He is a member of the Australian Journalists Association and an eclectic cartoonist and makes his living a web designer.

Alledgedly, he is a fine public speaker if he can be enticed from his sanctum sanctorum.

Kevin now publishes a network of sister sites covering book awards, festivals and other environmental issues.

Advertising Policy. Whilst we only partner with those who we believe to be ethically up to scratch we do not have total control regarding some companies etc that might advertise on this site via third party ad providers. Please use your own discretion.

Miscellaneous Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, including all terms, conditions and policies that are incorporated into these terms by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and SANE EARTH, and govern your use of our sites, superceding any prior agreements that you may have with us.

These Terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, and the parties irrevocably consent to bring any action to enforce these Terms before an arbitration panel or before a court of competent jurisdiction in NSW, Australia, if seeking interim or preliminary relief or enforcement of an arbitration award.
If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Terms shall continue in effect.
